Demand for elopement weddings have gone through the roof recently with couples intending to tie the knot choosing to ditch their original plans for larger weddings & opt for something smaller..

With the current health concerns, stricter limits on guest numbers and the potential of having to cancel again at the last minute all mean that getting married with either a very small handful of guests or just the happy couple is now becoming an attractive option for many. In fact, since weddings faced a restriction of a maximum of 15 people in September, there has been a 544% increase in web searches for elopements! 

More intimate weddings are becoming more popular and potentially these smaller affairs will be around for some time.
