CHRISTMAS FUN

It’s Christmas week here at Shuffles Events and as usual, it’s the week before Christmas when everyone is having their work Christmas parties here on the Isle of Wight.

We’ve been so busy these last 7 days that we are out every night and literally packing and unpacking straight from the van. Whether it be our fantastic Casino experience with our standard Blackjack & Roulette tables or let the good times roll and provide multiple tables for all the staff to enjoy. We’re doing two nights this week with 4 tables and 170 guests and let me tell you, it’s busy! Let’s face it, everyone loves a good gamble and by playing our Fun Casino, all can try out the games without the pressure of losing (or winning!) real cash. It also creates a great party atmosphere, not only by the look and feel of our full size LED lit tables but also guests cheering and getting excited with the thrill of winning a big stack of Casino chips!

Each Casino provides a bottle of Champagne to the winner of the night – the one who has amassed the most money in the play period and companies have been known to add their own prizes to the pot too. In fact, last night’s lucky winner also won a Fortnum & Mason hamper and boy did that look delicious!

Along with the Casino, no Christmas party night on the Isle of Wight is without one of our hilarious Photo Booths – a great opportunity for work colleagues to celebrate the end of the year together and laugh about the fun they have had together! Of course, drunken antics are part and parcel of the night and some of the images don’t make it onto our online gallery for obvious reasons ;)

As this is the last blog of the year, here’s wishing you a Merry Christmas and we look forward to a busy and successful 2022 – ideally without the threat of COVID-19 hanging over our heads please!
